- Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once shipped.
2. Undeliverable Orders
- If a package is returned as undeliverable, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs.
Return Policy
1. Eligibility
✅ Acceptable Returns:
- Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
- Returns within 30 days of delivery.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Underwear, swimwear, and personalized products.
- Final sale items (marked during purchase).
2. How to Return

- Order number
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Get Approval: We’ll send a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Ship Back:
- Include the RA number on the package.
- Use a trackable method (e.g., USPS, FedEx).
3. Refunds
- Processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
- Refunded to the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs non-refundable (unless due to our error).
4. Damaged/Defective Items
- Report within 7 days with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and issue a replacement/full refund.
