    • International (7-15 business days): Calculated at checkout (customs/duties apply)
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once shipped.

2. Undeliverable Orders

  • If a package is returned as undeliverable, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility

✅ Acceptable Returns:

  • Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
  • Returns within 30 days of delivery.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and personalized products.
  • Final sale items (marked during purchase).

2. How to Return

    • Product details
    • Reason for return
  2. Get Approval: We’ll send a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship Back:
    • Include the RA number on the package.
    • Use a trackable method (e.g., USPS, FedEx).

3. Refunds

  • Processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refunded to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable (unless due to our error).

4. Damaged/Defective Items

  • Report within 7 days with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and issue a replacement/full refund.
