Refund Eligibility
✔ Qualifying Refunds:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) required
✖ Non-Refundable Items:
- Underwear, swimwear, and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us: Email info@sraddos.online within 30 days with:
- Your order number
- Product details
- Reason for refund request
- Return Authorization:
- We’ll review your request within 48 hours
- If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
- Ship Your Return:
- Pack items securely with the RA number visible
- Use a trackable shipping method (e.g., USPS, FedEx)
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
Exceptions
- Damaged/Defective Items: Report within 7 days of delivery with photos for a free replacement or full refund
- Wrong Items Received: We’ll provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund
- Sale/Discounted Items: Refunded at the purchase price (not original price)
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective/damaged
- We shipped the wrong item
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method – we cannot be responsible for lost returns
