At Sraddos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, you may be eligible for a refund under the following terms:

Refund Eligibility

✔ Qualifying Refunds:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number) required

✖ Non-Refundable Items:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email info@sraddos.online within 30 days with:
    • Your order number
    • Product details
    • Reason for refund request
  2. Return Authorization:
    • We’ll review your request within 48 hours
    • If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
  3. Ship Your Return:
    • Pack items securely with the RA number visible
    • Use a trackable shipping method (e.g., USPS, FedEx)

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Exceptions

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Report within 7 days of delivery with photos for a free replacement or full refund
  • Wrong Items Received: We’ll provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund
  • Sale/Discounted Items: Refunded at the purchase price (not original price)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • The item is defective/damaged
    • We shipped the wrong item
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method – we cannot be responsible for lost returns
